Shipping
Delivery in Hong Kong
Sotheby’s Wine offers free next day delivery in Hong Kong for all orders of HK $3,000 or more (per single address) placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. For orders less than HK $3,000 (per single address) there will be a HK $350 delivery charge. Delivery will be made by Crown Wine Cellars. For delivery to outlying islands (Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Discovery Bay) wines may be delivered to Central Ferry Piers at additional cost. For Lantau Island, Airport and Tung Chung District, an extra delivery fee of HK $150 per order is charged plus parking and gate charge — please call for details.
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
Delivery hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 12 noon on Saturdays. A two hour specific delivery window can be requested. There is no delivery service available on Sundays. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the 2nd next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday are available for delivery the following Monday.
- Urgent same-day delivery is available for orders of HK $3,000 or more placed between 10am 2pm for an additional charge of HK $350.
- Same day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am
International Orders
We will be happy provide a quote for international shipping to countries where this option is possible. Please note that there may be additional duties, taxes, and tariffs based on your destination country and you may require certain permits or licenses. Collection
Wines may be collected from Sotheby's Wine, Pacific Place 1, Admiralty or from Crown Wine Cellars, Tuen Mun. Please see times and restrictions below and directions to Pacific Place here link.
Collection from Crown Wine Cellars, Tuen Mun
Orders can be collected from Crown Wine Cellars, Tuen Mun Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (excluding 1 to 2pm) and Saturday 10am to 12 noon. Next day collection is available for orders received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm can be collected the 2nd business day following. The address is as follows:

Collection from Sotheby's Wine, Pacific Place 1
With 48 hours notice, orders up to a maximum of 5 cases (60 bottles) can be collected from Sotheby’s Wine, Pacific Place 1 from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Orders must be collected within 48 hours of specified collection date with no exceptions, after which time the wines will be transferred to our warehouse and we reserve the right to assess a HK $350 transfer fee, or cancel the order at our discretion. Orders larger than 5 cases must either be collected directly from Crown Wine Cellars, Tuen Mun or delivered in Hong Kong. The address is:

Repacking
Upon request we can repack wines into styrofoam wine shippers for an additional HK$100 per case.
