Our Brut Prosecco is drier than most styles, which makes it clean, crisp and refreshing. It is produced by the Mongarda family, who makes wines from old vines in one of the most prized regions of the Veneto. The family focuses on growing healthy, quality grapes so that they can take a more non-interventionist approach in the cellar and let the vintage and vineyards speak through the wine. The reason we chose it is simple: it outclassed all other proseccos and is the best we have tasted.

Fragrant apple and pear aromas laced with floral notes of honeysuckle, blossom and acacia. Very crisp, fresh and dry with a clean, chalky mineral finish. A versatile crowd-pleaser and perfect for drinking on its own or with peach juice in a classic Bellini.
