Jamie Ritchie: "Immediately on the nose, you get the heavier weight and texture of Cheval Blanc and the high percentage of beautifully ripe Cabernet Franc. Very rich and concentrated - deep and thick. Coats the mouth, with a rich unctuous fruit. Very rich, fat and concentrated with great length. This has real “presence” and an extra dimension rarely found in any others wines. The richness, combined with the power and depth, is very impressive. Without doubt, a great Cheval Blanc and a wine that will give enormous pleasure. Outstanding." 04/11
