Henri Boillot

The origins of the domaine can be traced back to 1885 when it was known as Domaine Jean Boillot, named after Henri's father. In 1996, Henri established Maison Henri Boillot, expanding the range of wines he produces, while ensuring he sourced grapes only from the finest growers. Maison wines receive the same meticulous care and attention to detail as those from the domaine. In 2005, Henri acquired his father's domaine, and since then, all the wines have been labeled as either Domaine Henri Boillot or Henri Boillot.

The domaine possesses remarkable vineyard holdings in the Côte de Beaune, specifically in Puligny-Montrachet: Les Perrières, Les Pucelles, and Clos de La Mouchère (Monopole), as well as in Meursault: Clos Richemont (Monopole) and Gouttes d'Or. Additionally, they also have holdings in Volnay and Pommard.

Henri's meticulous vineyard management practices and dedication to organic farming methods have enabled him to craft wines that reflect the unique characteristics of each terroir.
