Instead of a bouquet of roses, a bottle of rosé is definitely the icing on the cake in this romantic season.
Nervi-Conterno Rosato ranks amongst the most serious and vinous examples that fall into this often-underrated category. It is made from Nebbiolo, fermented in stainless steel and aged four months on the lees. The wine shows white flowers and herbs aromas with a whiplash of red berry juiciness.
Rathfinny Rosé is the first vintage of Rathfinny’s flagship English Sparkling Wine, with an expressive red-fruit style that beautifully showcases the increased presence of Pinot Noir within the blend.
Pierre Brocard Saignée de la Côte is made from 100% Pinot Noir, showing a gorgeous celebration of red fruits, blackcurrants, rose petals and violet.
All of these rosés will pair beautifully over a romantic Valentine’s dinner with salad niçoise, salmon, charcuterie or even soft cheese, and you can find more rosé selections from Sotheby’s Wine below!
