Though Bordeaux is famous for its age-worthy reds, its white wines are equally noteworthy, delicious and unique in their own way. White Bordeaux are mainly made from Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. Their styles vary, but most are versatile with food and simply refreshing. They are the perfect choices to quench your thirst while the humidity rises in Hong Kong.
I invite you to explore our selection below, including Aile d'Argent, the exotic white from Château Mouton Rothschild; Pavillon Blanc, the perfumed 100% Sauvignon Blanc white from Château Margaux; Clarté de Haut-Brion, the charming second wine using grapes of both the prestigious Château Haut-Brion Blanc and Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc; Both white wines from Smith Haut Lafite, and the very rare dry and refreshing white, Y d'Yquem, from the well-known sweet wine producer Château d'Yquem.
Should you wish to know more about each wine, please do not hesitate to let us know.
