Following our Summer Whites Selection, we would like to turn the spotlight to another warm weather essential: Champagne. Spanning dynamic grower-producers and some of the region’s most celebrated maisons, we have assembled a selection to keep you refreshed and entertained through the latter half of this drenched summer.
To begin, we have two classic Blanc de Blancs from Delamotte and Nicolas Feuillatte, both of which showcase the signature vibrancy and chalky-freshness that makes Chardonnay-based Champagne appealing. For those drawn to rosé, the selections from Delamotte, Nicolas Feuillatte, and Billecart-Salmon deliver expressive notes of wild red berry fruits underpinned by fine mousse. Such versatility makes them classic companions for afternoon tea and summer dining.
For enthusiasts looking to delve deeper into the grower movement, the wines from Savart & Drémont, Agrapart, and R. Faivre offer a fascinating introduction. Among the highlights is the Éphémère 007 – crafted from carefully selected Grands Crus plots in limited quantities, it embodies the shared commitment to precision and terroir-expression between the acclaimed Frédéric Savart and Maison Drémont. Meanwhile, l’Expression Nature 2014 showcases Frédéric Savart at his most uncompromising – produced entirely from old-vine Pinot Noir without any dosage, this rare cuvée delivers extraordinary depth, intensity, and concentration that will surely delight purists.
Collectors may also wish to explore a selection of mature icons. Highlights include the Cristal 1983 and 1990, rare opportunities to experience one of Champagne’s most legendary wines with decades of botte age. Equally appealing are Pol Roger Winston Churchill 2013 and 2015, Dom Pérignon 2004, as well as Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 1995, each representing the pinnacle of craftsmanship from their respective houses.
In addition, we are delighted to offer several limited releases from Dom Pérignon, including the Jean-Michel Basquiat 2015, Takashi Murakami 2015, and the striking Lady Gaga Rosé 2008. Combining collectible appeal with outstanding quality, these bottles are equally well-suited for the upcoming gifting season.
