As some of us begin 'dry-January’, others might be wondering what wines to enjoy during this cold month. We have recently received some mature Shafer Hillside Select. These aged Napa wines are the perfect fit to warm our friends’ hearts around a delicate feast at home. My mouth starts to water just thinking about what I could pair with these powerful and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignons.
I have always wanted to visit the winery, picturesque with its beautiful rows of vines overhanging on the top of its hills.
