Sotheby’s Wine is thrilled to offer a limited allocation of Domaine Confuron Contetidot 2022, featuring five exceptional wines from the heart of Burgundy: Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges and the beautifully expressive Bourgogne Blanc.

Confuron-Cotetidot is one of Burgundy’s most respected traditionalists, with a winemaking lineage stretching back to the 17th century. Known for their meticulous vineyard work and whole-cluster fermentation, the winery consistently delivers wines of structure, purity, and longevity. Their holdings span some of the most coveted terroirs in the Côte de Nuits, with old vines averaging 60-80 years in age.

The 2022 vintage in Burgundy is being hailed as a return to classicism, with a touch of generosity. A warm growing season produced ripe fruit, yet the wines retain freshness and balance — a hallmark of great vintages.
