Sotheby’s Wine is thrilled to introduce the latest vintage release from Antonio Quari.
Antonio Quari is the Cellar Master at Domaine Prieuré Roch, where, under the close guidance of Henri-Frédéric Roch and Yannick Champ, he became a strong proponent of vineyard health and minimalist intervention.
Since 2017, Antonio has produced a single cuvée under his own name: a Pinot Noir sourced from the Les Briquottes vineyard in Ladoix. The plot was planted in 1976 and has been organically farmed for over a decade by Ladoix’s sole organic grower. In the cellar, Antonio applies a philosophy closely aligned with that of Prieuré Roch: 100% whole bunch fermentation, pigeage by foot, and remontage exclusively by gravity. The wine is aged for ten months in old barrels and bottled without fining or filtration.
With only 1,200 bottles produced, we invite you to secure your allocation of this remarkable new release while it is still available.
