Among our selections, the vivid and exotic Bourgogne Aligoté and the Haute Côtes de Nuits are the great introductions to Cathiard’s thumbprint, while the supple and expressive Chambolle-Musigny Clos de l’Orme is also approachable in its youth. The powerhouses from Nuit-Saint-Georges are deep and intense, showing immense potential alongside the Vosne-Romanée En Orveaux, a sexy, vibrant, and high-energy cuvée that will reward patient cellaring.
