New Arrivals: Champagnes to Celebrate Summer

In the heat of the Summer days, we are delighted to welcome back a new batch of thirst-quenching Champagnes including the timeless Dom Pérignon, the wonderful Dom Ruinart, or the expressive Pol Roger Winston Churchill. These Champagnes are perfect as aperitive or during your dinner, truly versatile and of amazing quality.

Dom Pérignon 2010: Precise, bright, and energetic. It is drinking beautifully by showcasing some stone fruit characters and floral notes. Sheer summer drinkability in a glass. 54% Chardonnay - 46 % Pinot Noir.

Dom Pérignon Rosé 2006: Balanced, elegant, and indulgent. It is simply delightful. It will seduce you with raspberries, red berries, and rose petals aromas. 56% Pinot Noir - 44% Chardonnay.

Dom Pérignon P2 2002: Focused, complex, and rich. It is drinking so well now with aromas of ripe stone fruits, white flowers, and toasted nuts. This spectacular vintage keeps on revealing itself. A definite favorite of mine. 51% Chardonnay - 49% Pinot Noir.

Dom Ruinart 2007: Vibrant, intense, and pure. It shows first its minerality with hints of chalk, then freshly cut lime and some white flowers. It would be a perfect match with seared scallops. 100% Chardonnay exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards.

Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007: Zingy, fresh, and crisp. It displays alluring blood orange aromas, ripe lemon fruits, hints of raspberry on the palate. This Champagne is impressive and long-lasting. 80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir.

Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2009: Expressive, enticing, and complex. It gives you layers of brioche, honey, and ripe apples. Pinot Noir predominance blended with Chardonnay. The exact composition is still a closely guarded family secret.
