In the evening on 11th March, we welcomed more than 20 wine lovers and enthusiasts to an exclusive masterclass showcasing 7 cuvées across 4 decades from Château Mouton Rothschild, held in celebration of our Wine & Spirits Festival.
The session was led by Ms Wenjia Wang, the Asia Brand Ambassador, who guided us through an insightful exploration of the château’s heritage and winemaking philosophy. The evening was both educational and indulgent with a fantastic line-up: The 2015 Château Mouton Rothschild took the spotlight with its tremendous depth and structure, demonstrating immense potential alongside the dry and dense 2005, while the 1985 and 1995 exemplified the classic Pauillac – rich, delicate, and silky, with both bottles drinking at their peak now.
Completing the line-up were the more approachable and fruit-forward Petit Mouton 2016 and 2019, and the Aile d’Argent 2023, a charming and lively white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris.
In addition, we are pleased to present an extensive range of Château Mouton Rothschild for immediate purchase. This includes the iconic vintages 2008 and 2009, as well as the younger, and richly concentrated 2020 and 2022.
