Based in the town of Meursault, Domaine Ballot Millot is a family-owned winery with a history that can be dated back to the 17th century. The 16th generation, Charles Ballot took over the winery from his father in 2000. Since then, he has adopted a more environmentally friendly approach to cultivating the vineyards in order to produce pure and balanced white wine that reflects the different terroirs of Burgundy.
In this wine lunch, we have carefully selected four different Premier Crus from Meursault to provide an opportunity to explore the differences between the four terroirs. We look forward to spending a fantastic afternoon together!
