Champagne houses often tell us that their most important wine is their standard non-vintage blend. A lot of the time, this comes across as marketing talk. But in the case of Krug, I am thoroughly convinced. The Grande Cuvée is deservedly an icon in Champagne, a wine of such depth and complexity that it does not really belong in the same conversation as other multi-vintage blends. We are offering the 171st edition, based on the generous 2015 vintage. The undisputed best format for Champagne is the magnum, and we are pleased to offer magnums of Grande Cuvée for an even greater hedonistic experience.
Always one of the region's top rosés, Krug rosé combines sensuous fruit with a silky texture to irresistible effect. Finally, we are happy to propose some rarer mature vintage wines: the rich, spicy and fully mature 1995 and 1998 vintages; and one of the peaks of Blanc de Blanc Champagne production: Clos du Mesnil 2002. These final three are legendary wines by any standard; but you cannot go wrong anywhere up and down this magnificent lineup.
