Domaine Perrot-Minot has been on my watchlist for some time, and I enjoy their fruit-forward style showcasing bright fruits, vibrant acidity, and a silky texture.
The Domaine incorporates a relatively modern style of winemaking that includes, but is not limited to; a vigorous grape selection both in the vineyard and on the sorting tables after the harvest; a careful use of new oak (even at Grand Cru level) to preserve the purity of the fruit; and a thoughtful destemming decision depending on the vintage.
The results are wines with a unique character that reflect and express what the vineyard has to offer in a particular year. The wines are charming and appealing at an early stage, but they could age for a very long time.
I invite you to explore our wide range of Domaine Perrot-Minot wines from Grand Cru to village-level wines and get in touch should you need more insights.
