Domaine Chave has a history going back to the 15th century and from the hill of Hermitage, they are famed for crafting one of the finest Syrah in the world. Jean Louis Chave and his father Gerard are currently custodians of this great Domaine, and with their in depth knowledge of Hermitage’s intricate terroirs they craft seamless and powerful wines with perfect harmony and great aging potential. What makes their Hermitage perfectly balanced is the blending between the different vineyards dispersed over the hill of Hermitage. Their Hermitage Rouge and Blanc are considered the appellation's greatest wines - traditional farming, low yields and a minimal use of new oak makes for wines that reflect the true essence of the hill of Hermitage.

We have secured our allocation from his latest release from the exceptional 2015 harvest, which is already heralded as a modern day legend.
