In addition to our Online Exclusive for Martell in honor of the Chinese New Year, today I am thrilled to share a curated selection of wines with you to celebrate appropriately.
Domaine Coquard Loison Fleurot is a family-owned boutique winery from Burgundy. Their Morey-Saint-Morey cuvée shows plenty of red fruit flavours, with medium-body, subtle tannins, and lively acidity. This wine pairs perfectly with BBQ Pork (Char Siu) and duck meat.
The 2018 Château Beychevelle is a classic, structured, yet elegant Bordeaux wine. It features rich black cherries, black currants, and violet characters. The magnum is just the perfect size to share with friends and family, or as a gift to a fellow wine lover.
Overture is a timeless reflection of Opus One estate vineyards. The 2021 release is a blend of wines from the 2017 and 2018 vintages. It shows blackberries, chocolate, and oak flavours, a fantastic pairing with Chinese cuisine.
