Screaming Eagle – Rare Vintages Available

Napa’s Most Exclusive Winery

There is an undeniable fascination for Screaming Eagle – it is a wine that surely many of you have heard of, yet know little about. To describe the estate as a “cult winery” would be fitting. Production is notoriously limited – any desire to join the direct-to-consumer mailing list will require years of patience. And the property itself is rather geographically discreet, and even more unassuming in scale and grandeur. Securing an appointment is next to impossible. And when it comes to press, the winery is uncommonly quiet and reserved.

The means listed above have a distinct and unwavering purpose – when Jean Phillips created Screaming Eagle in the late 1980s, she did so with the goal of putting forth ALL efforts and focus into producing one of the world’s finest blends (a standard still held to this day). The result are wines that are incredibly complex, visceral, and of the highest standard of Napa-typicity, yet extremely scarce in production and availability.

We are pleased to offer an exciting and extremely rare selection of Screaming Eagle dating back to 2005. Each of the wines below are stunning and transcendent – 2007 is an iconic harvest and benchmark Napa vintage. And the 2006 Second Flight is a treat, as it marked the inaugural and auspicious vintage for the property’s glorious second wine.
