Bordeaux - Champagne - Rhône - Napa - Shandong Province

Today, I am highlighting some of our recent new arrivals from different regions around the world. From Petrus and Lafite to George Laval and Long Dai, there are both cult wines and new discoveries.

Some wines are in very limited quantities and will not last long.
Opening and sharing mature Bordeaux is always something special, some of the Bordeaux arrivals include three outstanding and incredible wines from the 2000 vintage: L’Evangile, Petrus and Lafite.
As the celebration season is approaching, we have secured stocks of interesting new growers, based on their typicity and quality:
- Chartogne Taillet: Alexandre Chartogne, a Selosse protégé who joined his family estate in 2006, is focusing on single parcel bottling. He has quickly become among the most sought-after Champagne producers
- Robert Moncuit: located in Mesnil sur Oger,is producing Blanc de Blancs with incredible freshness and complexity. Some of his holdings include the famous Chetillons vineyard.
- George Laval: located in the village of Cumiere, this family estate has been practicing organic viticulture since 1971. We have secured some inventory of Cuvee Garenne, which is a recent addition to the list of incredibly low dosage Champagnes from George Laval.
Two cult producers who do not need any introduction: Domaine Gangloff in Cote Rotie and Domaine Gonon in Saint Joseph.
Napa Valley:
A selection of mature Napa, including 1998 and 1999 Opus One and a mini vertical of Shafer Hillside.
Shandong Province:
This is the first vintage released from Domaine Long Dai, the latest winery project from Domaine Baron de Rothschild. Domaine de Long Dai is in the Shandong Province in the North eastern part of China. The Rothschild family has used their 150 years of experience in winemaking to create a Chinese Grand Cru. Only 2500 cases are produced from their 34ha vineyards, spread across 420 terraces. Thewine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malesan and Cabernet Franc.
