October 24: Diana Damrau and Joseph Calleja in Caserta, Italy
Wine Pairings
· Champagne Moet & Chandon Brut Rose, 187ml
A celebratory glass of Moet & Chandon’s Brut Imperial, a high-quality Champagne that is the perfect aperitif, especially in quarter bottles which gives a perfect 2 glasses.
· Joh. Jos. Prum Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese 2017, 375ml
This is paired with an outstanding German Riesling, transporting us to Damrau's Country. It comes from JJ Prum, one of the greatest producers in the Mosel, and is an Auslese, so it is off dry, with apple, pear and melon, with fresh acidity – pure joy
· Les Pagodes de Cos 2015, Saint Estèphe, 375ml
And, the red half bottle is the second wine from the second growth, Chateau Cos d’Estournel, in St. Estèphe, Bordeaux. The Pagodes comes from the outstanding 2015 vintage and is savory and spicy, with excellent structure and a soft, round finish.

November 7: Pretty Yende and Javier Camarena in Switzerland​
Wine Pairings
· Gerard Boulay Sancerre 'Monts Damnes' 2018, 750ml
This Sancerre will deliver plenty of joy. A wine with good concentration and high acidity, offering exotic fruits with a touch of saltiness and long and dry finish.
· Mullineux: Syrah 2016, 750ml
A fine and perfumed Syrah from South Africa. We recommend opening the bottle in advance, to let the aromas shine through, revealing spices and blackberries, with a silky texture.

November 21: Sonya Yoncheva in Berlin
Wine Pairings
· Maximin Grunhauser Abtsberg Riesling Kabinett 2018, 750ml
Only a small part of this well-known vineyard is used to produce this exotic Riesling. Extremely juicy and complex on the palate with notes of white peach and citrus – eminently enjoyable.
· Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet: Bourgogne Les Prielles 2018, 750ml
A very charming Pinot Noir from the talented Amelie, who recently took over the family estate. The 2018 is fresh and elegant, displaying notes of red berry fruits.

December 12: Bryn Terfel in Wales
Wine Pairings
· Sotheby's: Chablis Enchère 2016, 750ml A crisp, dry wine with lovely mineral notes laced with fresh golden delicious apple. This is a truly elegant and classic expression of Chardonnay from Chablis.
· Sotheby's: Haut-Medoc 2010, 750ml A classic Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend from an excellent vintage. This wine shows complex aromas that beautifully marry supple plum, cassis, and blackberry fruit with savory, earthy aromas and spices. With bottle age, this wine has developed nuanced aromas of dark chocolate and tobacco. Robust and rich on the palate with good depth and tannic structure.

December 19: Angel Blue: American in New York City
Wine Pairings
· Schramsberg: Blanc de Blancs 2016, 750ml
Schramsberg who have been crafting sparkling for over 50 years in Napa Valley. Bright, vibrant and vivacious with notes of apple, pear and lemon, with a nice balanced finish.
· Sandhi: Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills 2017, 750ml
This wine offers excellent value, delivering a great expression of Pinot Noir, with lots of plums and dark berries, as well as elegance and finesse.
