NV Pierre Moncuit: Hugues de Coulmet, Blanc de Blancs
A grower-producer and family-owned winery, the Moncuit wines are known for exceptional quality and a fascinating ability to showcase a sense of place. This 100% Chardonnay bottling is from the Côte de Sézanne and is fermented in stainless steel, resulting in a crystalline focus and vibrancy in the glass.
2022 Domaine Pastou: Sancerre, Vieilles Vignes
Deliciously crisp but with a depth of concentration from vines of 40-year vine age, this family-owned winery consistently over-delivers on price, offering irresistible quality and immense enjoyment.
2020 Cyprien Arlaud: Bourgogne Rouge, Oka
Farmed biodynamically, this energetic Pinot Noir is sourced 50% from the villages of Morey St. Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, and Vougeot, and 50% from the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and the Côtes de Nuits. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered, offering a pure and honest expression of the vintage and the region. Truly a must-try for any lover of Burgundy.
2017 Penfolds: Bin 95 Grange
Penfolds Grange, often referred to simply as "Grange," is one of the most renowned and prestigious wines produced in Australia. It is considered an iconic representation of Australian wine and has achieved international acclaim for its quality and longevity. 2017 marks the 70th anniversary bottling of Grange, and only the 7th time it has been comprised of 100% Shiraz.
2019 Almaviva: Epu
Almaviva is famous for producing top-in-class wines that blend the expertise of two of the world's most prominent wine producers: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Bordeaux's Château Mouton Rothschild and Viña Concha y Toro. “Epu” is the second wine of the house, composed of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Carmenere, 2% Merlot, and 1% Cabernet Franc.
2019 Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux
A beautiful blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet Franc, this second wine from one of the First Growths of Bordeaux outperforms the Grand Vin of other top châteaux. The 2019 vintage is considered by critics and connoisseurs to be excellent, offering youthful power now, with years of elegance to develop in the cellar.
