Domaine Faiveley: Red Burgundy at Any Price Range

By Sara Sparks | March 1, 2019

In 1825 Pierre Faiveley, a cobbler by trade, determined his outside work as a wine merchant was a more promising stepping stone to the future, and as a result established Domaine Faiveley.

Seven generations later the domaine is still run by the Faiveley family, who maintains impossibly high standards for growing grapes and making wine. Their dedication is evident: the purity and expressiveness of each bottling is a singular experience and, notable in today’s Burgundy market, are priced remarkably accessible.
