A St. Emilion Classic

A Singular St. Emilion

Lovers of Right Bank Bordeaux often have a soft spot for Chateau Figeac. And indeed, it is unlike any other wine from St. Emilion or Pomerol, featuring an unusual, large proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend.

I love it for the gorgeous, complex aromatics and the velvety texture. What’s more, it costs a fraction of neighboring Cheval Blanc and estates in nearby Pomerol.  Figeac’s unforced style is well suited to a mid-weight, fresh vintage like 2011, which is now drinking beautifully at nine years old.

We’re pleased to offer this top St. Emilion for a very attractive price. And what’s more, when you buy six bottles, a 10% discount will be applied to your order.
