Sotheby's Champagne. Price $34.95

Our best-seller since the start of Sotheby's Wine, Sotheby's champagne offers remarkable value for a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs champagne. Light, crisp and with subtle aromas, this is a perfect aperitif champagne.

Krug Grand Cuvée. Price $169

Simply put, the best and most important multi-vintage champagne available. A blend of wines spanning 20 years, Krug has a dimension and complexity rarely seen in vintage wines, let alone multi-vintage blends. If you're a fan of Dom Perignon, try Krug Grand Cuvée - a different but equally compelling experience.

Soligo Prosecco. Price $16.95

We only have one Prosecco, and for good reason; Soligo fulfills all your Prosecco needs. Floral, peachy and fresh, for any time of day, any occasion, Soligo is our go-to.

Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé. Price $74.95

This perennial favourite has undergone a new lease of life recently, and the current incarnation is the best yet. Remarkably spicy and with a smoky mineral note, this is not a just good rose champagne, it's a very serious wine. Serve by itself or with lighter dishes.

Louis Roederer 2008. Price $74.95

Amid all the hoopla over Louis Roederer's luxury cuvée Cristal, the fact that the same house makes one of the best value vintage champagnes is often overlooked. And 2008 is a dream of a vintage - generously fruited, spicy and long. This is an outstanding vintage champagne.

Dom Perignon 2006. Price $179.95

Any day that features Dom Perignon is a good day, and the 2006 is already gorgeous - open knit and with ample fruit, while retaining the distinctive truffly note that is Dom Perignon's signature.

Pol Roger Winston Churchill 2000. Price $245

Pol Roger's top wine is a champagne of enormous dimension and depth, with layers of ripe fruit and floral notes. Winston Churchill always takes some time to be ready, but the 2000 is in a beautiful spot today.

Dom Perignon P2 1998. Price $375

P2 is the late-release version of Dom Perignon, which has been aged for an extended period on the fermentation yeasts. This gives a less fruity and more savoury, smoky Dom Perignon. The 1998 is intense and cerebral - ideal with caviar.
