Graillot’s wines consistently exhibit that textbook, black pepper aroma of Northern Rhone syrah, albeit with more concentration and kick than most. The 2007 is a lovely example of this style, grounded with sweet, dark blackberry fruit. An excellent wine to have around the house for impromptu dinner pairings including burgers, steaks, or carnitas tacos.
