The goal with the Premiere Cuvee is to create a wine that truly expresses the character of Champagne by sourcing grapes from up to 32 different villages. 20% of the fermentation takes place in wood and 80% in stainless steel. The dosage is kept very low as to produce as natural a wine as possible.
