Serena Sutcliffe, MW: "Cabernet Sauvignon 64%, Merlot 36%. 35% of total production went into La Dame. The selection was made in December and is made here on the finesse of the tannins. Very black cherries married to the ‘maritime’ character of St. Estèphe. Lovely, plummy, big finish that fills the mouth." 04/11 Jamie Ritchie: "Production increased by purchase of additional land from Phelan Segur. Restrained black fruit. Very classic. Quite tannic, but ripe tannins. Lovely creamy black fruit, with good length and structure. A very good Dame de Montrose, which will give a lot of satisfaction." 04/11
