One of the very best Gruauds ever with immense, ripe richness." 04/11 Jamie Ritchie: "50% of production went into the Grand Vin. Aromatic nose - very St Julien. Precise black fruit - brambley. Lovely fruit and structure. great opulence and intensity. Lovely tobacco, coffee and chocolate. Very long savory finish. A very fine Gruaud and the best young Gruaud I have tasted. Excellent." 04/11
