Pale salmon pink = just the right color that we are looking for! Fresh red fruits - strawberry and raspberry. Great structure - very well balanced. Rich and concentrated, with great length and lots of finesse. This is seriously good, very high quality Rose and is up at the very top level with Laurent Perrier and Billecart Salmon - well worth trying and comparing. Would be perfect with sushi - try at Sasabune, just round the corner from Sotheby`s - the $20 corkage fee is friendly! 05/11

Pinot Noir accounts for up to 85% of the Rose blend supplemented by some Chardonnay for finesse. The Pinot Noir is pressed rapidly to obtain a clear white wine and then blended with some Pinot Noir which has been vinified as red to achieve the light copper hue color.
